මේ ප්‍රේමණීය වූ ගීය රචනා කොට ඇත්තේ යසනාත් ධම්මික බණ්ඩාරයන් විසින් - ස්වර රටා මැවුයේ නවරත්න ගමගේ සංගීතඥයා - ගායකයා ලෙස්ලි ප්‍රනාන්දු .

my world's darkest 
moonless nights
is your twinkling eyes
as twinkling as stars

the lotus adorned with dew drop tears
blooming in the deep lakes of my eyes

In this darkest of moonless nights
when the crickets weep
descend from the solitary sky 
to the Earth where I am and 
bring me the fading buds of dew
to make them the tears 
to cry just once 
on our beautiful past 

The smiles of the blooming 
maiden the full moon
blending the sweetness of memories 
fragrance of the past
no I don't want her light 
please let me dwell in this

පාලු අහසින් එන්න පොළොවට
